Kwabs released his new video for song “Perfect Ruin” in February and what a beautiful piece of work it turned out to be. Directed by George Belfield, who is a fantastic new MV talent to watch, the video accompanies Kwabs fantastic, haunting voice with perfection.

The video sees Kwabena trudging heavily through snowy landscapes on a mission to find his love. Filmed in the most beautiful landscapes in the light of night as it breaks into dawn this video is a compilation of the fantastic photographic skills of Steve Annis. In the vast blue snow, reflecting the pink dawn, Kwabs is seen trudging on, singing along to the song with tears in his eyes. We feel his pain and echo his struggle till the bitter, unsatisfying end.
